Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Ashby-De-La-Zouch

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 3-Shift (6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am)

Overview

This company is seeking a talented Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering Team in Rotherham, Yorkshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to develop their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities, ensuring safe plant operations and product quality.
• Develop and improve maintenance systems and procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance plant capability and equipment reliability.
• Participate in plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects.
• Coach, mentor, and support engineers and operational technicians.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.

Requirements:

• Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering with experience as a Multi-Skilled or Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive safety approach.
• Technical leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills.
