Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Night Shifts) - Oxfordshire - Salary up to £57,500 + Benefits- Ref 1924
I am currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Oxfordshire. Salary up to £57,500 + Benefits.
The organisation has been established for many years and are seen as experts within the domain they operate within. They have multiple locations throughout the UK and invest heavily into their factories ensuring they have the latest and best equipment to manufacture their products.
To support the company's growth and manage the increased workload, they are looking to appoint an additional Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis. This role will involve working night shifts Monday - Friday, typically between the hours of 4:45 PM to 4:45 AM, across a 40hour, 4 day work week.
In this role as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), performing reactive maintenance, and repairing high level faults to support the maintenance team on the automated production lines. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail by identifying engineering improvements and helping to organise and implement them within the business. Although this role is primarily electrically biased, it does involve mechanical components, so a strong understanding of mechanical systems is also required.
This would prove to be a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who wants to work on some of the industry's most interesting projects. The company fully support career development and boast great staff retention, so for the right person this has the potential to be a long lasting, stable employer.
