A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom seeks a qualified Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy maintenance team in Bridlington. The role features flexible shift options, including a back shift and a night shift, and offers competitive pay ranging from £40,080 to £44,080 for back shift and £40,496 to £44,496 for night shift. Candidates must have NVQ level 3 at a minimum and significant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job description

Questech Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join the team at one of our clients based in Bridlington.
The client has two shift options to choose from either a perm back shift or a perm night shfit.

The Pay:
Back Shift - 40,080 to 44,080 (D.O.E)
Night Shift - 40,496 to 44,496 (D.O.E)
Higher earning potentials earnt by working overtime/ additional shifts.

The Role:

The client is looking to recruit a fully qualified and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Multiskilled Maintenance Electrician to join their busy maintenance team.

Shifts:
There are two shift options on offer for the sucessfull applicant to choose from.
Back shift - Monday to Friday 13:30 - 22:00
Night Shift - Monday to Thursday 21:30 - 06:00

Duties:

• A determined and flexible attitude to ensure a timely and professional routine/breakdown maintenance service in support of the manufacturing processes.
• Reactive and planned maintenance skills, PPM.
• Problem solving / breakdown analysis.
• PLC fault finding skills.
• Capable of understanding schematic electrical drawings.
• Continuous improvements experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Basic mechanical problem solving.
• Proactive approach to engineering.

About you, all applicants must be:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3 as a minimum
• Many years experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Time served with a recognised apprenticeship.
• 17th edition regulation certificate as a minimum.
• PLC qualification an advantage.
• Flexible and capable of working solely and/or within a team.
