Overview

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias | Location: Lichfield | Salary: £51,000 per annum | Shift Pattern: Panama Shift - 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm & 7pm-7am), rotating days and nights

Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be part of a close-knit team responsible for maintaining specialist machinery and equipment across the site. You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and ensure smooth factory operations. With a new production facility underway, this is a great time to join and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair production equipment and machinery
  • Perform site-wide preventative maintenance
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
  • Support factory start-up and equipment testing
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
  • Recognised engineering qualification or apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
