Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility. The work will be shared across 2 sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and Amazon's safety procedures and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site's CAFM system.
  • Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
  • Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
Skills & Experience:
  • Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a fast-paced or critical environment.
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
