Radstock (Commutable from: Midsomer Norton, Bath, Bristol, Keynsham, Trowbridge, Paulton, Saltford, etc)

In this role, you'll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on state-of-the-art machinery. You'll be working on a rotating day shift (Monday to Friday), with every third Saturday required and participation in a call-out rota. From January 2026, the company are moving to a modern 4 on 4 off 12-hour day shift pattern, which will reduce the average working week to 42 hours and provide longer rest periods between shifts.

This role would suit an electrically biased maintenance engineer looking for a secure role with great earning potential, solid benefits, and training opportunities to continue developing technically.

The Role:

• Maintenance of state-of-the-art machinery across a modern facility
• Current shift pattern: Monday-Friday rotating (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (6am-12pm)
• Call-out rota required (including nights)
• Shift change from January 2026: moving to 4 on 4 off 12-hour day shifts (average 42 hours per week)
• Competitive salary + overtime at x1.5 + bonus + training
