Shift: Day Shift Only, Mon-Fri

Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum DOE

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Benefits:

  • Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:55 - 16:00
  • Pension: 5% Employer contribution, 3% Employee contribution

About the role:

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will ensure machinery operates smoothly, conducting PAT testing, ordering spares, and developing ideas to improve production efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Reading electrical drawings for troubleshooting
  • Conducting PAT testing and maintaining records
  • Logging work on Shire CMMS
  • Ordering spares to ensure continuous operation
  • Performing planned maintenance
  • Training staff on machinery operation
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Maintaining pneumatic systems
  • Developing machinery improvements
  • Participating in Health & Safety initiatives

About you:

  • Flexible electro/mechanical engineer
  • Apprentice Trained/Time served Engineer
  • Recognized qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience with PAT Testing and antiquated machinery modifications
