Elevation Recruitment is working with a Manufacturer based in Mexborough. This established company is seeking Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join their team due to growth.

Location: Mexborough, South Yorkshire

Shifts: Days and Afters

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine scheduled PPMs and respond to equipment faults, completing necessary paperwork.
• Diagnose breakdowns and use Root Cause Analysis to resolve issues.
• Fit new parts and ensure equipment operates correctly.
• Conduct quality inspections.
• Manage engineering stores and parts.
• Handle emergencies, unplanned repairs, and support installations.
• Suggest improvements to health and safety policies and practices.
• Work with specialist equipment such as PLCs and servos.
• Follow site procedures related to safety, engineering, hygiene, and technical standards.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 3 (City & Guilds or NVQ) or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance.
• At least 5 GCSEs including Maths and English.
• Level 2 or above food safety qualification is preferred.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards.
• Experience with specialist equipment like PLCs and servos.
