Overview

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, youll carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance duties across commercial properties including restaurants, pubs, retail outlets, and storage centres. No two days will be the same, and youll have the opportunity to apply your commercial property skills across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing: bathroom installs, tap changes, waste pipe repairs, basin/toilet replacements.
• Carpentry: lock and door closer repairs, kitchen unit repairs, general joinery.
• Groundworks: fence installations/repairs, flooring repairs.
• Decorating: minor decorating, patchwork, filling.
• Roofing: clearing gutters/gulleys, temporary coverings, replacing tiles/slates.
• Flooring: timber repairs, patch tiling.
• Procurement of materials and equipment.
• Accurate completion of job reports/worksheets.
• Delivering high-quality service and excellent customer care at all times.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong multi-trade maintenance experience in commercial environments (ideally pubs/restaurants).
• Good understanding of HSE practices.
