Job Description:

We are seeking a multi-skilled engineer to join a leading biopharma company in Charnwood, Loughborough. The role involves preventative maintenance on pharmaceutical machinery, supervising contractors, reactive maintenance, and supporting engineering projects. The position offers career progression and training within a supportive team of six, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing preventative maintenance on specialised pharmaceutical equipment
  • Supervising and coordinating contractors
  • Carrying out reactive maintenance
  • Participating in site engineering projects
  • Ensuring documentation complies with regulatory standards
