Site Based, Commutable from Liskeard, Bodmin, Launceston, Truro, ST Austell, Callington. SHIFT: 4 on 4 off, Days and Nights

In this role, you will be responsible for reactive and planned maintenance as part of a shift engineering team. This is a multi-skilled role that will involve mechanical and electrical fault-finding and working on manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate will be a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in manufacturing or production.

THE ROLE:

• Reactive & Planned maintenance & project-based work
• Perform electrical, mechanical, PLC, and instrumentation maintenance tasks across site equipment to ensure continuous operation
• Employ lean manufacturing techniques to optimize and improve plant productivity
• Days/Nights Shift - 4 on 4 off

THE PERSON:

• Qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer
• Previous experience in a similar role (FMCG / manufacturing)
• Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude who is keen to learn & be part of a successful team
