About the Role:

2. Swift Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns efficiently to maintain seamless production.

4. Planned Maintenance: Carrying out preventative measures and addressing reactive maintenance needs.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven Experience: A track record of success in manufacturing or production, ideally within the food or FMCG sectors.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation.
3. Qualifications: A recognised degree, NVQ, or time-served apprenticeship in engineering.
4. Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues under pressure.
