Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd in Ely is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias preferred) for dayshift, Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00. The role focuses on keeping downtime to a minimum through regular PPMs and reactive maintenance on a large site with a mix of old and new machinery.

You will work with a maintenance manager, gain exposure to automation, forklifts, JCBs, hydraulics and pneumatics, and the role offers £45,000 salary with 1.5x overtime.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification preferred.
• Time served with suitable skill set (if no quals).
• Comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities

• This role is heavily mechanical with forklift work, working at height.
• Maintain plant machinery, JCBs, mixer trucks, hydraulics and pneumatics to minimise downtime.
• Role will evolve to include automation; training is provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

• This role is heavily mechanical, lots of work with Forklifts, working at height
• Working on Plant Machinery, JCBs, Mixer trucks, hydraulics and pneumatics
• The role will evolve and for involve automation, training is provided
• Occasional facilities work
