We have an opportunity for you to join our team as a Multi Skilled Engineer. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining production through proactive and reactive maintenance
• Proposing ideas for continuous improvement and long-term solutions
• Developing your skills and knowledge of machinery and new equipment
• Ensuring Food Safety and Health and Safety standards are met
• Recording and reporting information for internal stakeholders and improvement initiatives
• Communicating effectively with production and other stakeholders to build relationships and provide excellent customer service

The Ideal Candidate

We value collaboration and diverse perspectives. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Electrical qualification at level 3 NVQ or above
• Experience in fault finding with and without drawings
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of electrical control panels, inverter drives, and pneumatic systems
• Initiative and stakeholder communication skills
