Job Title: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £41,000 per annum
Shifts: Double Days (Monday-Friday) - overtime available on weekends and during the week
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Benefits: Ongoing technical training (PLC programming), Higher education support

Role Overview:
We're seeking a proactive Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our advanced manufacturing site in Stoke-on-Trent. You'll work double days maintaining and improving a variety of automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Service presses, conveyors, lasers, and cutting machines

  • PLC fault finding and support automation improvements

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults

  • Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance

Requirements:

  • Multiskilled engineer with mechanical and electrical expertise

  • Experience with automated production equipment

  • Confident in PLC fault finding (programming skills a bonus)

  • Willingness to learn and develop through training
