Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Maintenance Multi Trader / Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join an award-winning specialist provider of commercial Facilities Maintenance Services, carrying out maintenance works for clients such as pubs, restaurants, and shops across Surrey and London.

Position: PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TRADES PERSON / MULTI-TRADER

Location: Surrey/London, including Woking, Guildford, Kingston upon Thames, Sutton, Epsom, and surrounding areas. Travel is expected.

Salary: Competitive salary, company van, expenses, benefits, pension.

Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

As a Multi Skilled Trades Person, you will support reactive engineers with your trade skills and friendly approach, delivering excellent customer service.

Typical duties include:

• General carpentry
• Plasterboarding and patch repairs
• Flooring repairs
• Installing doors and frames
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Lock replacements
• Painting and decorating

You should be experienced in multi-trade work, able to use your initiative for general property maintenance, and possess good communication skills to liaise with clients. No two days are the same!

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as Multi-Trader, Property Maintenance Technician, General Builder, Maintenance Engineer, Reactive Multi-Trade Engineer, Commercial Builder, Reactive Handyman, or similar roles.
