The Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial and commercial processes. You ll be responsible for mechanical maintenance, fault diagnosis, and supporting engineering projects, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults on machinery
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing in line with schedules
  • Install, remove, and relocate equipment and machines
  • Maintain both factory and office working areas
  • Support engineering projects and assist team members when needed
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment
What We re Looking For:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing maintenance role
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and power presses
  • Qualifications: ONC or time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance (City & Guilds 2381 & 2391 and 18th Edition desirable)
  • Key Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement
