Qualifications

Job Description:

There’s a permanent opportunity for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical bias to join our team based at one of our clients' HQs in the Epsom area.

The Role

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on building services equipment
  • Responding to reactive and emergency breakdown tasks
  • Performing inspections, fault finding, and diagnosis
  • Ensuring tasks are completed according to service levels
  • Completing job sheets electronically via Tablet or Smartphone
  • Maintaining site records and log books
  • Performing general cleaning and housekeeping to maximize equipment lifespan
  • Reducing energy consumption and recommending improvements
  • Adhering to health, safety, compliance, and local policies
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions

Hours of Work

  • Monday – Friday (7am-4pm or 9am-6pm)
  • On-call rota (1 in 2), with additional pay
  • Overtime opportunities available
