Responsibilities

• Effectuer un travail réactif ainsi que des tâches de maintenance préventive.
• Lire des dessins mécaniques et des circuits électriques de base.

Job description

A globally recognised FMCG organisation based in Brighton are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Day shift – Salary c 50,000 plus benefits package

This role will be working in a clean room environment maintaining processing equipment, industrial mixers, conveyors and packaging machines across their busy production line. This particular site has a range of specialist machinery that manufacture bespoke products for one of the most well–known brands in the country.

Key duties include;

• Mechanical Bias required
• Ability to logically fault find basic electrical/electronic, mechanical or pneumatic circuits.
• Read mechanical and basic electrical drawings.
• Carry out reactive work as well as Planned / Preventative Maintenance tasks
• Basic fault finding

To be considered for the role candidates will have proven experience as a maintenance engineer / technician in a fast–paced manufacturing environment. You will also hold a formal Engineering qualification equivalent to an NVQ Level 3 or higher in a Mechanical discipine and hold a basic Electrical qualification.
