Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to join a fast-paced, automated distribution environment?

We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established distribution operation based in Barton-under-Needwood. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing and forward-thinking team, working with cutting-edge automated systems.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on a range of automated equipment including conveyor systems and associated machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
  • Work to minimise downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a distribution or automated warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of conveyor systems, drives, motors, and control systems.
