Job summary

Synergi Recruitment is recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a leading FMCG manufacturer in the Grimsby area. The role involves overseeing reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery and diagnosing faults to keep uptime high.

You will work with the engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvements and ensure health and safety standards are met. The position offers a £52,000+ salary, healthcare, pension and other benefits, with a 4 on 4 off

Qualifications

• FMCG/Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Electrical or Mechanical Apprenticeship required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Manufacturers based in the Grimsby area. This is an opportunity for the successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in joining an experienced team with a vast amount of industry knowledge.

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeingreactive and Planned Maintenance to ensure standards are hit. You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Conducting Reactive and Planned Maintenance on high-speed production machinery
• Continuous improvements.
• Working closely within the engineering & production team to ensure maximum efficiency
