Location:Cheshire Salary: £45,000 £52,000 + Overtime + Excellent BenefitsShifts:4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights 12hr Shifts)

Are you an experienced Electrical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a growing, forward-thinking business undergoing a multi-million-pound investment programme?
My client is seeking a time-served engineers, ideally with Apprenticeship training and experience in fast-paced FMCG environments such as Food, Beverage or Dairy.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical & mechanical fault finding, repairs, and installations
  • Work with PLC & control systems (Allen Bradley / Siemens)
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair pneumatic & hydraulic systems
  • Perform seal kit changes on high/low pressure centrifugal pumps
  • Support automated production and packing lines
  • Contribute to process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What Were Looking For:
  • Strong fault-finding experience with PLCs, VSDs, and electrical control circuits
  • Hands-on mechanical knowledge of pumps, valves, pneumatics, and thermal systems
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset aligned with company values
