Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Hours: 7pm – 7am

Shifts: 4x on 4x off NIGHTS ONLY

Orion is partnered with a well-established food manufacturing business near Bidford Upon Avon. We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on the NIGHT SHIFT. Candidates MUST have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, a valid driver’s license, and FMCG experience.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve automation, electrical, and mechanical issues during breakdowns.
• Reactive maintenance on production line machinery, including packaging machinery.
• Perform PPM’s on production line equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects on site.
• Assist with machinery installation.
• Maintain high standards of safe working practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience working within the FMCG industry.
• Experience in food manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with packaging machinery.
• HND/HNC qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Electrical qualifications are preferred.
