Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Basingstoke.

Role Summary:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will utilize your advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. You will work under limited supervision, monitor building system operations and performance, and apply various trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant in accordance with statutory requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company policies related to building operations and safety.
• Represent CBRE professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive image to clients and visitors.
• Supervise and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning services.
• Perform and record repairs, emergency interventions, and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as necessary.
