Job summary

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership in Grimsby is looking for several Labourers to join our Repairs team and assist trades across joinery, plumbing, bricklaying, and roofing. You’ll help ensure repairs are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

We invest in your development with trade-specific training and provide a company van, fuel card, branded workwear, and essential tools. DBS checks and references may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a trade such as bricklaying, plumbing, joinery, or roofing.
• Ability to work in a busy environment, stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to develop through trade-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople across repairs to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Support bricklayers, plumbers, and roofers with practical tasks and material handling.
• Record work details on a PDA and update job notes as repairs finish.
• Help prepare properties for letting and maintain clean, safe work areas.
