Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Joiner to join our London team, delivering responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work across residents’ homes. You will contribute to high-quality workmanship and safety compliance, ensuring homes are well maintained.

The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, with 8:00am-4:30pm hours, a 10:30am-7:00pm late shift, and Saturday mornings on a rota.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or an equivalent recognised competency in the primary trade.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within the social housing sector.
• Proven ability to work methodically, achieve targets, follow procedures and record information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work.
• Carry out tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, groundwork, mould washes/treatment and flooring installation as required.
• Record information accurately and work within health and safety guidelines.
