Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our London team, delivering responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work across the Camden & Islington area. You must live within the Camden & Islington area, hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to participate in an out-of-hours rota with additional pay.

This is a permanent, 40-hour week role, Monday to Friday 8am–7pm with Saturday mornings on a rota, and benefits including a competitive pension, life assurance

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) or equivalent in the primary trade.
• Experience in multi-trade tasks with customer focus in social housing is preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and record information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive repairs and general multi-skilled work across joinery, plumbing, tiling, flooring.
• Work methodically to targets, follow procedures and record information clearly.
• Be prepared for out-of-hours callouts and weekend rota duties.
