We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter / Joiner to join our team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a social housing contract with the local Council. This is a vital role requiring a strong primary trade skill and proven versatility across various building disciplines.
Your primary focus will be high-quality carpentry, complemented by the ability to competently perform tasks across a range of other trades to ensure efficient job completion.
Core Trade : Execute all aspects of high-quality carpentry and joinery (first fix, second fix, repairs).
Multi-Trade Versatility : Confidently handle tasks across a minimum of three additional trades from the following list:
Social Housing Focus : Deliver excellent service while working within tenanted and void domestic properties.
Essential Qualification : Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Property Maintenance or a related trade (e.g., Carpentry / Joinery). Other NVQ qualifications are highly desirable.
Required Certifications :
Tools : Must own a comprehensive set of professional hand and power tools.
