Your Housing Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Joiner in Manchester to deliver high-quality joinery repairs in customers’ homes. The role supports the Repairs and Maintenance Division with a customer‑led service and strong teamwork across trades.
You will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with visits to our Birchwood office for meetings and training as required. A valid UK driving licence and DBS clearance are required.

Salary: £36,089.55 plus van and fuel, increasing to £37,460.95 following successful probation

Due to growth, we now have 2 x additional opportunities for Multi Skilled Joiners to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division and provide a high‑quality Joinery repairs and replacement service. In this role as a Multi skilled Joiner, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer focused service in the Manchester region. We are looking for self‑motivated, problem solvers who take pride in everything they do, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
You will be working a 40‑hour week Monday – Friday arriving at your first job at 8:00am and heading home at 4:30pm, working across the Manchester region. You will also need to be able to attend our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training courses when needed.
