You will be responsible for various joinery tasks, including repairs and installations across different trades. Job description

Are you a Multi Skilled Joiner based in or around the Ellesmere Port Area? Do you hae a clean driving licence? We can offer you a competitive salary of £32, 985.00 per year plus on target earnings?

Your role


Remove or relay or lay new, flag work. Undertake small scale groundwork
Repair/renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boards
Repair/renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G
or sheet flooring
Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling
Repair/renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes
Repair/renew timber and UPVC window frames
Complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor groundwork activities


What We Need from You.


Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner
Competent in all aspects of the Joiner trade discipline
Plastering trade discipline (desirable).
Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core Joinery or Groundwork and experience working within a social housing environment
A current driving licence is essential
Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools
