Job summary

YourRetreats is seeking a experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our manufacturing and installation team for premium lodge builds. You will carry out a wide range of joinery and finishing works across our luxury projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and construction quality.

Responsibilities include doors, cladding, windows, roofing, kitchen fitting, wardrobes and precise fit to drawings. A strong eye for detail and ability to work from technical information are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter.
• Competent in both first and second fix joinery.
• Experience fitting kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture.
• Ability to scribe and fit to a premium finish.

• Roofing installation and associated timber structures.
• First fix joinery including stud work, floor structures and roof carcassing.

• Kitchen fitting to a high standard, including appliance integration.
• Measuring, fitting and scribing bespoke wardrobes and storage solutions.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, finish and site organisation.
• Working independently and as part of a skilled team to meet production schedules and deadlines.

The Role

Requirements

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter.

Experienced in fitting kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture.

Experience with doors, windows, cladding and roofing installations.

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Ability to work from drawings and technical information.

Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Full UK driving licence preferred.
