Qualifications

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled joiner or carpenter.
• Competent in first and second fix joinery.
• Experience fitting kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture.
• Skilled at scribing to a premium finish.
• Experience with doors, windows, cladding and roofing.
• Reads and works from drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install internal and external doors.
• Fit timber, composite and feature cladding.
• Install windows and external openings.
• Carry out roofing installations and timber structures.
• Perform first fix joinery including stud work.
• Perform second fix joinery including skirting and architraves.
• Fit kitchens with appliance integration.
• Measure and fit bespoke wardrobes and storage.
• Read technical drawings and specs.
• Maintain high standards of quality and site organisation.
• Work independently and in a team to meet schedules.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery and finishing works across our luxury lodge builds, ensuring every project meets the high standards that our customers expect from the YourRetreats brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and fitting of internal and external doors.
• Fitting timber, composite and feature cladding systems.
• Installation of windows and external openings.
• Roofing installation and associated timber structures.
• First fix joinery including stud work, floor structures and roof carcassing.
• Second fix joinery including skirting, architraves, ironmongery and finishing details.
• Kitchen fitting to a high standard, including appliance integration.
• Measuring, fitting and scribing bespoke wardrobes and storage solutions.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, finish and site organisation.
• Working independently and as part of a skilled team to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter.

Competent in all aspects of first and second fix joinery.

Experienced in fitting kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture.

Ability to scribe and fit to a premium finish.

Experience with doors, windows, cladding and roofing installations.

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

Ability to work from drawings and technical information.

Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Full UK driving licence preferred.

Competitive salary based on experience. £16-£19 an hour
