Overview

Location: 2 Oxford Street stores & Stratford City store

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC (Refrigeration) bias to maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores.

Oyster card provided for travel.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver to the highest level of service for the client by answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works, and keeping the client informed of site activities.
  • Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations; complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work and working hours, with a pro-active and positive attitude.
  • Prioritise your own workload effectively while assisting other engineers and staff with their duties as required.
  • Carry tools and equipment by hand up to 20 kg, ascend/descend vertical access equipment, and work at heights; join a call-out rota; hold a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
  • City & Guilds level qualification with experience in maintenance / facilities management environment.
  • Strong understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance; able to apply to the role.
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
  • Ability to manage physical tasks and work environments safely and effectively.
