Job summary

Moulton Bulb Company is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to keep operations moving year-round on site. You will operate forklifts and related machinery to move produce and materials, load and unload, and help maintain tidy yards and stores.

You'll perform routine equipment checks, complete simple paperwork, and assist other departments as needed. During harvest, you’ll manage crop intake and movement of trailers to keep workflows flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid B1 Counterbalance forklift licence (essential).
• Good understanding of site safety and load handling.
• Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
• Confident judging distances, heights, and weights.

Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site
• Loading, unloading, stacking, and storing items safely
• Keeping yards, storage areas, and waste zones clean and organised
• Carrying out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.)
• Completing basic paperwork and using scanners for product tracking
• Supporting general site maintenance and helping other departments when needed
• During harvest season, things ramp up — you’ll help manage crop intake, move trailers, and keep everything flowing using a range of equipment.
