Job summary

Moulton Bulb Co. Ltd is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Forklift Driver to keep our site running smoothly year‑round. You will safely move products and materials, load/unload and maintain organised areas while performing routine equipment checks and using scanners for tracking.

During harvest, you will help manage crop intake, move trailers and keep workflow flowing. The role requires a valid B1 Counterbalance licence, good safety understanding, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• Valid B1 Counterbalance forklift licence is essential.
• Good understanding of site safety and load handling.
• Physically fit and able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Confident judging distances, heights and weights.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site.
• Loading, unloading, stacking and storing items safely.
• Keep yards, storage areas and waste zones clean and organised.
• Carry out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres).
• Complete basic paperwork and use scanners for product tracking.
• Support general site maintenance and assist other departments when needed.
• During harvest season, assist with crop intake and moving trailers to maintain flow.

What We Are Looking For:

Looking for a hands‑on role where you can stay active and make a real difference? We're on the lookout for a Multi‑Skilled Forklift Driver to help keep our site running smoothly all year round. You'll be a key part of the team, making sure products and materials are moved safely, efficiently, and in the right place at the right time. Working hours: 06:30am to 7:00pm on a pamama shift patttern.

The Position:

• Operating forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site

• Keeping yards, storage areas, and waste zones clean and organised
• Carrying out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.)
• Completing basic paperwork and using scanners for product tracking
• Supporting general site maintenance and helping other departments when needed
• During harvest season, things ramp up — you'll help manage crop intake, move trailers, and keep everything flowing using a range of equipment.

The Perfect Candidate Should Have:

• Valid B1 Counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
• Good understanding of site safety and load handling
• Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Confident judging distances, heights, and weights
