Job summary

Dairy Partners Limited is seeking a Day Shift Multi Skilled Operative to join our production team. Reporting to the Line Leader, you will operate and maintain production machinery, drive FLT where required, and help achieve KPI targets while maintaining safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include safeguarding food safety and product quality, following GMP/ISO/HACCP procedures, keeping areas clean, and supporting continuous improvement through effective communication with the line

Qualifications

• To maintain work area standards.
• Encouraging best practice by leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard food safety & product quality.
• Operate and maintain production machinery.
• Support line leaders with production plan and changeovers.
• Assist in ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the factory.
• Escalate issues to Line Leader and participate in improvement plans.
