Major Recruitment are proudly working in partnership with leading drinks manufacturer who is looking for a Field Engineer to support their sites with install, commission, and service of all equipment across the UK.

For this role you must be Multi-skilled, hold a full UK drivers license, and have experience within the bottling industry. Initially this role is will be Monday to Friday, based around the central belt, however travel and weekend work is to be expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and commission equipment as per project requirements.
  • Conduct routine and reactive maintenance visits.
  • Liaise with sites to ensure effective solutions.
  • Attend sites for training and technical support.
  • Provide internal training and technical assistance.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance on all sites.
  • Accurately complete service reports, and other paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled background with Electrical Engineering qualification.
  • Strong understanding of control systems; PLC experience essential.
  • Experience in a bottling environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • IT literate with a full, clean driving licence.
  • Excellent pension contributions over over 10%.
  • Annual bonus of up to 15% of annual salary.
  • Company Vehicle.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
