Job Overview

Ensure equipment runs smoothly through regular maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Minimise downtime, optimise performance, and ensure safety compliance while supporting process improvements and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

1. Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical installations.
2. Knowledge of Mechanical Systems.
3. Expertise in PLCs, variable speed drives, and control circuit troubleshooting.
4. Diagnosing faults in pneumatic systems.
5. Understanding of thermal processes, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and valves.
6. Replacing seal kits on centrifugal pumps.

Requirements

1. At least 2 years in Food & Beverage Manufacturing or FMCG.
2. Mechanical and Electrical skills.
3. Full UK Driving License.
4. Experience with fast-moving packaging production lines.
