Buzz into a Sweet Career at Rowse Honey: Nights Multi Skilled Engineer Wanted!

Position: Multi Skilled Engineer (suitable for mechanical, electrical, or maintenance engineers)

Type: Full-time, Days

Shifts: 10pm - 6am

The Role:

We’re seeking a versatile Multi Skilled Engineer who can handle both electrical and mechanical tasks, ensuring our machinery operates smoothly. If you're skilled at fixing things and passionate about success, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs: Conduct regular upkeep on machinery to keep operations running efficiently.
• Diagnose issues: Quickly identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems.
• Assist with installations: Support the setup of new machines and upgrades, bringing innovative ideas.
• Ensure safety: Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate: Work with the team to optimize the production process.

Additional Responsibilities:

Provide mechanical and electrical support across the factory, including reactive maintenance, continuous improvement projects, and working with complex automated processes and packaging equipment.

• Respond proactively to maintenance needs and breakdowns
• Accurately record work activities
• Complete root cause analyses (RCAs)
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven competency in electrical safety, isolation, and safe panel entry
• Experience in FMCG operations
• Proficient with computer-based maintenance systems
• Flexible and adaptable
• Strong focus on health and safety
• Ability to strip and reassemble machines, including size changes and adjustments
