What you'll be doing:

Fault-finding and fixing across a range of production machinery

Responding quickly to breakdowns and completing planned maintenance

Supporting continuous improvement projects and equipment installs

Working closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability

Logging work and planning through CMMS

Taking ownership of your area and helping raise the bar across engineering

What you'll need:

NVQ Level 3 / HNC or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering

Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment

Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills

A calm, methodical approach and a proactive attitude

Awareness of PUWER, LOLER, and health & safety best practice
