Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am

Salary: up to £54,000/annum

We seek energetic and passionate individuals to support production by receiving products into the factory; experience is not necessary as training will be provided!

About The Role

To prioritize and respond to planned and unplanned tasks to maximize uptime.

To support all functions required by the business during the Night Shift.

As an Engineer, ensure health and safety rules are always followed and contribute to our safety initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

- Use the site's CMMS to complete tasks.
- Prepare plant and equipment for production.
- Manage your time to meet targets safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and hygiene teams.
- Continuously improve operational routines.

Shared Accountabilities – Making It Better Together

Health & Safety responsibilities include following policies, reporting hazards, using PPE, and participating in safety training.

Social & Environmental responsibilities include minimizing environmental impact, adhering to company policies, supporting team goals, and improving knowledge on social and environmental issues.
