Overview

We are looking for a Multi-skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias to work on a fixed site where Mitie provides a multi-skilled maintenance service team, which covers electrical, mechanical and basic plumbing disciplines to provide PPM and reactive works.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met and liaise with contractors and external suppliers where required.
  • Complete required paperwork, producing reports accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Carry out works to a high standard and in line with current legislation, company policies and procedures; report any deficiencies in systems of work or equipment that may affect service delivery, health and safety, or the environment.
  • Ensure your own work and the work of those under supervision is completed in a safe and diligent manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • NVQ Level qualifications in Electrical (appropriate level).
  • Good knowledge of building compliance is a bonus.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974).
