We are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer – Electrical Bias to work with a range of Mitie clients, providing multi-skilled maintenance services covering electrical and mechanical disciplines. The role involves reactive and proactive maintenance of operational equipment, including modifications, installations, repairs, and calibrations to ensure reliability and maintainability.
You will ensure all key performance indicators are met, liaise with contractors or external suppliers, and complete necessary paperwork and reports accurately and promptly.
The candidate should uphold high standards, follow company policies, and report system or equipment deficiencies that could impact service delivery, safety, or the environment. Ensuring safe work practices for yourself and your team is essential.
The ideal candidate will have an up-to-date NVQ Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline), good knowledge of building statutory compliance, and the ability to read technical drawings. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills are required. Training will be provided if necessary.
