A leading UK facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain, service, and repair building services across a patch of schools in Exeter. Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and compliance tasks. Ideal candidates must have an 18th edition qualification and experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or public sector environments, ideally in a school setting. This is a full-time role with alternating shifts.

In this role you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, and compliance tasks across a patch of schools in Exeter, helping to create a safe and supportive setting for students and staff alike.
You will be joining our Total FM team based in Exeter. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.
This is a full-time position with alternating shift patterns of 6AM-2PM and 10AM-6PM, Monday-Friday.
