* Job Title: Air Conditioning (AC) & HVAC Engineer
* Location: Rochester, Kent
* Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP38,000 per year
* Work Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, with on-call requirements)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineer to join our team, responsible for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems at a key commercial site.
What you'll do:
* Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of AC and HVAC systems.
* Diagnose and fix faults efficiently.
* Assist with general maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing.
* Be part of an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies (with additional pay).
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in maintaining and fault-finding on commercial HVAC systems (e.g., packaged units, air handling units, split systems).
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A full UK driving license.
