Duties/Responsibilities

Location: Aldermaston, Berkshire, RG7

Salary: Competitive (Depending on experience) + Benefits

Hours: Week 1 Monday to Friday 07:45 to 16:30 (1615 finish on Friday) Week 2 Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30. Enjoy every other Friday off work!

What You Will Do

  • Ensure all Planned, Preventative Maintenance is completed to schedule.
  • Provide general Mechanical and Electrical maintenance on a range of buildings and plant.
  • Implement all mechanical and electrical maintenance and corrective works on the site, in accordance with maintenance instructions, EMCOR and site specific procedures.
  • Perform testing and inspection of electrical and mechanical systems in accordance with industry standards
  • Assist Maintenance Supervisor in providing information for technical and incident reports
  • Ensure all facilities and systems are maintained in order to provide maximum efficiency, availability and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards

Person Specification

What You Will Need

  • A relevant engineering qualification C&G, BTEC L3, NVQ L3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience on carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical equipment
  • Experience in the facilities management industry is advantageous but not essential
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
  • Be eligible to obtain security clearance
