Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing engineering family. This role offers a challenging and diverse environment where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating to the highest service standards.
  • Adhere to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program.
  • Answer queries, report defects, and keep clients informed of site activities during service visits.
Requirements
  • Full current driving licence.
  • IT literacy for record keeping.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties detailed in the job description.
