Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.

As a Multi-skilled engineer, you'll:

  • Deputise for the TSS or Leading Mechanic when needed and participate in emergency technical support, including out-of-hours response.
  • Maintain high professional standards, ensure adherence to safe systems of work (RAMS, LOTO), and holds required AP/CP certifications.
  • Ensures client systems are operating effectively, diagnoses faults, and completes repairs or like-for-like asset replacements within technical capability.
  • Builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; communicates effectively with DigiHub/Helpdesk and supports staff training and development

What we're looking for:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in a technical maintenance environment.

Strong hands-on technical ability, with current knowledge of engineering standards and industry best practices.

Demonstrated experience working to health and safety standards, ensuring compliance in all tasks performe

Confident using Microsoft Office applications and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for task tracking and reporting.

Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise, and plan workload effectively to meet deadlines without direct supervision.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both team members and customers.
