Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer

Shift Pattern: Continental (4 on 4 off)

We are working with a market-leading manufacturing company near Boston, a leader in their field. This vacancy has arisen due to the previous employee being promoted internally to a more senior position.

The main responsibilities include working predominantly on PPMs and project work, with occasional breakdown repairs when required.

You will be part of a team of engineers reporting to the area engineering manager. There are ample opportunities for progression into senior roles such as team lead and supervisor, along with external training courses to develop your skills.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a multi-skilled engineering field
• Experience with sensors, inverters, and motors
• Level 3 or higher in an engineering qualification (apprenticeship preferred)
