At Daniel Owen, we are recruiting on behalf of a Global Facilities Management Company who are currently in the market for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join the team.

We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to work on our contract with a Hospital in North London. Ideally, you will be electrically biased with a background in Building Services, working with water and specifically cooling towers. Opportunities for further qualifications and skill development will be provided. Flexibility to work various shifts (day & night) is required.

What will you deliver?

• Ensure all team PPM and repairs are carried out as necessary
• Complete all reactive tasks promptly
• Safely operate and maintain HVAC, HV, L8, Mechanical, and Electrical systems on site
• Assist with daily operations, including subcontractors when needed
• Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements
• Hold daily team meetings to ensure PPM completion
• Keep logbooks up to date
• Provide technical support on all M&E aspects to the customer

Who are we looking for?

• Inspection and Testing 2391 (desirable)
• City & Guilds BS 7671 or equivalent
• IPAF Certification for 3a & 3b machines (Desirable)
• Experience in a building services environment as an engineer
• Fully certified electrician or time-served electrical tradesman
